When Maron was conducting her graduate research project examining knowledge sharing within architecture and design firms, she asked us to participate. Soon after receiving her research findings, we asked Maron to join our team and add her insight to our projects.
Maron recently graduated with her masters degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She also holds a bachelors degree in Engineering Psychology and specializes in understanding how organizations learn and how they create and share knowledge. Her expertise in research, strategic planning and organizational strategies compliments our research process and we look forward to extending Maron’s expertise to our clients.
