Even before its merger with MCI, UUNet was the backbone of the Internet: providing hosting, Internet access and other network services to more than 70,000 businesses in 114 countries and operating a global network in thousands of cities throughout North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. In order to facilitate the customer service demands, UUNet needed to have multiple, top-of-the-line global tools.
cleverSPIN team members met its needs through the creation of internal web-based workflow applications designed to track network peering relationships and provide detailed charting of network health status to its premier clients. In addition, the cleverSPIN team also designed Flash and QuickTime commercials to promote internal project development.
